Kaluza

CTD Scotland was appointed as Main Contractor to deliver the complete office fit-out for Kaluza, an energy intelligence and optimisation software company.

The design retained the building's original character, with exposed concrete soffits, ductwork and brickwork complemented by glazed meeting rooms, timber slatted features, acoustic panelling and a combination of open-plan and private working spaces.

Bold colour, bespoke detailing and integrated Kaluza branding were used throughout to create a distinctive, contemporary workplace, with CTD managing and coordinating all trades through to completion.
