Terms of use
Last updated 16 September 2026 · CTD Scotland Ltd · Company no. SC513395
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any building contract, which are issued separately and agreed in writing before work starts.
Who runs this site
ctdscotland.com is operated by CTD Scotland Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC513395, at Unit 5, 1 Dryden Road, Loanhead, Midlothian, EH20 9LZ. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Prices, quotes and enquiries
Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation. Budget bands, indicative timescales and descriptions of past work are there to help you decide whether to talk to us. A price only exists once we have surveyed your site and issued it in writing, and a contract only exists once both sides have signed one.
Sending an enquiry places no obligation on either of us.
Content and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will always be available. Project descriptions summarise work we carried out and are not specifications. Do not rely on anything here as professional, structural or regulatory advice for your own project.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, design and code on this site belong to CTD Scotland Ltd or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own use or to evaluate us as a contractor. You may not republish, sell or reuse the content commercially without our written consent. The CTD name and mark are ours.
Client names and project photographs appear with the permission of the clients concerned.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information through the enquiry form.
- Do not use the form to send advertising, spam or anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape, copy or mirror the site for commercial purposes.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
