Commercial projects.

We work closely with architects, designers, quantity surveyors, project managers and specialist consultants to deliver commercial projects efficiently and collaboratively. From understanding the brief and establishing the scope through to planning, coordination and completion, we focus on clear communication, early problem-solving and practical solutions. From hospitality and retail to offices, healthcare, education and specialist commercial spaces, our experience allows us to adapt our approach to the requirements of each project.

Hospitality

Bars, restaurants, cafés and leisure environments require careful coordination between construction, services, finishes and specialist joinery. We understand the importance of delivering a space that works operationally as well as looking right. Our experience includes bar fit-outs, restaurant fit-outs, café and leisure spaces, bespoke bars and back-bars, commercial kitchens, customer areas, specialist joinery and refurbishment of existing premises.

Retail fit-out & shopfitting

Retail environments require attention to detail, careful programming and an understanding of how the finished space needs to function. We deliver shop fit-outs, retail refurbishment, bespoke display joinery, counters and reception areas, fitted furniture, flooring and finishes, and lighting and services coordination.

Offices & workplaces

We deliver office and workplace refurbishment projects designed around how businesses use their space. Our experience includes office refurbishment, CAT A / CAT B works where applicable, meeting and breakout spaces, reception areas, kitchens and welfare facilities, bespoke furniture and joinery, services coordination and internal alterations.

Commercial refurbishment

Existing buildings often require a different approach to new construction. We work with the existing building, identifying constraints and coordinating the works required to transform the space. Our team can manage the construction and associated trades required to take a project from the existing condition through to completion.
