A garage in an Edinburgh mews turned into a two bedroom flat, delivered by CTD as main contractor from the structural work through to the final finishes.

The conversion is built around a new oak staircase linking the two levels, with herringbone flooring laid through the living space and fitted oak joinery worked into the sloped ceilings where the roof cuts in.

The kitchen, both bathrooms and the bedrooms were all fitted out under the same contract, and the stone frontage and new entrance door were made good to suit the rest of the mews.
